I am going to say that plant(assuming it is the same one in both pics if not then both plants) is a photoperiod plant and that if you want it to flower you need to flip it to 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness. The smaller fast and vast if it is indeed older than 6 weeks I would say the same thing, which statistically is VERY unlikely so I am slightly stumped. I am going to differ to @Waira on this one. I think they are both not autos and will just keep on a vegging, I have not seen any autos that I know of not show ANY signs of sex at 45 days.

Nope not really, honestly the NL look like 6 week old photoperiods to me. And yes @skuff I am sure you did in fact ORDER auto fems but sometimes they can mess up an order or you can get an auto that still has the photo dependent trait that is expressed sometimes gene lines just randomly start showing the photo trait again, I know Sweet Seeds had that happen and they had to pull the strain and give out a bunch of replacements. The F&V still has a little time to show and I am sure she will, as @stepside said the twisting and bending that you did may have slowed things down considerably
