yup. soda pop packs on the weight. High fructose corn syrup is more addictive than sugar, can't be metabolized efficiently, goes directly to body fat. Heard lots of tales of weight loss simply by kicking soda pop

Cannabis Honey Cardamom Mini Bundt Cake & Whipped Honey Cream

Cake Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 3/4 tsp ground cardamom
3/4 cup coconut oil or butter, softened
1 8 fl oz CannaHoney
1/2 cup honey
3 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Whipped Honey Cream Ingredients:
1 cup whipping cream
1 1.5 fl oz CannaHoney
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

If you don't have a mini bundt pan, a cupcake pan will also work nicely. If using a standard bundt cake pan, increase baking time to 40 - 45 minutes.

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray bundt cake pan with nonstick cooking spray or brush with melted coconut oil.

Combine the dry ingredients (flours, baking powder and baking soda, plus the cardamom) in a large bowl and stir together. Set aside.

In a large bowl or stand mixer, combine the remaining wet cake ingredients (coconut oil, honeys, eggs, milk and vanilla.) Mix lightly and slowly add in dry mixture. Combine thoroughly.

Pour 1/3 cup of batter into each mini bundt cup. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until cakes are golden and a toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean. Let cool completely on a wire rack. Gently tap around pan before slowly turning cake onto serving plate.

To make your Whipped Honey Cream topping, beat the whipping cream in a mixer or high-powered blender until peaks start to form. Add in honey and vanilla and beat a little bit more.

Top a mini bundt with a dollop of whipped honey cream for a sweet treat! Enjoy with tea.
here we go again, lol, DessertMaster

Hmm... I turn into an ice cube at night. Usually. I wake every hour or so. And am cold that I vibrate. Sometimes though I feel as if my feet are on fire. Sleeping for 3 hours straight is so rare that it is completely disorientating when/ if it happens and causes me anxiety. I've been like this since I was a child. I don't drink soda, and rarely get into sugary stuff as I know my body won't tolerate it well.
the demons of childhood? the stuff we wrestle at night

Right..Sorry buds I don't like Censorshp myself but there are Strict No Politics rules on AFN.

We had to put them in coz political discussion always ends up in a Fight.

Also in this world certain keyword are tracked by governments..we Don't Want those key words on AFN because we don't want to attract prying eyes...so they have been removed..

Cheers..:toke:
good policy, politics are such a black hole for the psyche

I was told that a sugar based soft drink in L*dl, UK dissappeard. After some time, it reappeard labelled sugar free. My friend who used to buy it checked the lable: High fructose corn syrup. He didn't buy it.

Europe was mostly safe from HFCS, but now it is comming more and more. I will avoid it. I always check labels for ingredients i don't see fit for human consumption.

We are home from the cabin. The kids got into a fight with a wasp nest and lost. Got their ass handed to them and each kid got stung about 50+ times. Lucky it wasn't worse. They found it hangin from a tree branch and started rockin it. It got hit, fell at their feet and they all ran back to the cabin. So their mom freaked and we spent a few hours at the hospital and came home. All 3 kids got stung on their backs, butts and back of their legs. Doc administered some benadryl and told us to pat their stings down with warm wash cloths and calomine lotion. :face: Quickest trip to the cabin and back ever! Kids, cant really blame them. I used to pull stupid stuff like that too.
they won't be mess'in with the hornets again
