Cannabis Hot Wings


Time Required: 1 hour

Yields 4 to 6 Servings

What You Need:

  • baking sheet
  • 25 chicken wings
  • ½ cup CannaButter, melted
  • 6 ounces tomato sauce, canned
  • ½ cup red hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Bake wings for 25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  3. Combine melted Cannabutter, hot sauce, tomato sauce, garlic and chili powder.
  4. Toss cooked wings in sauce mixture, coat well.
  5. Return to baking sheet. Reduce oven to 250 and bake for another 20 minutes.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

This is Dr. Babnik. Josef Babnik. My personal pH at 2 am was 6.7. At midnight I administered myself approx 11 mg Imovane (1 1/2 pills). Still awake. Myoclonus started and I left the bed at 1 am.

Gluten-Free Lemon Cannabis Poppy Muffins

Time Required: 40 minutes

Yields 12 Muffins

What You Need:

  • 12 cup muffin pan
  • 2 cups gluten-free flour
  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • ½ tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 ½ tablespoons poppy seeds
  • ½ cup CannaButter, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin pan and set aside.
  2. Mix flour, xanthan gum, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest and poppy seeds together in a large bowl.
  3. Add the Cannabutter, sour cream, lemon juice and eggs. Beat well.
  4. Fill each cup of the muffin pan ¾ of the way with batter.
  5. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
