So, I got my new puppy yesterday yay!!! But it got f'n cold last night. -25°. So my pipes froze and the pellet stove in the garage couldn't keep up. My tent temp went down under 38°. So far I've got my pipes thawed somewhat and the tent temp up to 51° Happy Valentines to me. At least I got screwed

Congrats on the puppy. How long was it that cold?
My Grapefruit Punch looked a lot like your Grapefruit. Was really nice.
I hope all came through it ok. They say a little cold makes fruit sweeter.

Ok you foodies...how about some Tex-Mex lasagna. Improvised this tonight using chorizo sausage, some Anaheim and Fresno peppers, mix of some cheeses, and other various items from the cupboards. Belly is very happy and my mouth is on fire, so it's a good evening. Came out well enough that I had to share (taste wise...presentation needs some work):

OK, this one is for Elvis, because he post some incredible pics, of some awesome food! Made this for the wife about an hour ago. Lobster with drawn butter, ribeyes, mashed potatoes with mushroom gravy and strawberries dipped in chocolate!

It didn't break 0° all day and its -9° now. The pup likes it out in the cold but only for a couple minutes. The plants didn't really seem to phased by the cold well the first night, we'll sow how it goes tonite.
