If I'm grilling some backstrap steaks, I cut them medium thickness (not as thick as filet mignon, maybe NY Strip thick)
marinade them for 12 hours in a honey teriyaki then flash grill them so they end up like a mid rare to mid filet. A little
more than pink in the middle but not cold. This harvest was a young bull...took him for taste. Call that the freezer tag.

like those details, guinness onions, exra sharp white cheddar, and that bacon, tasteOk ladies and gentlemen... the Mephisto genetics are kicking my arse lol.... but as a stoner I generally love food.... all types of food and I love to share that food with friends and family... and since I consider AFN my family... here's tonight's eats... it's a burger with guiness carmelized onions , extra sharp white cheddar, thick apple wood bacon..... .... and a fried egg sunny side up to top things off... . Enjoy my friends...
