Outdoor grilling here will have to wait another 4-5 months.

But indoor baking is good all year long.

I don't let a Canadian winter stop me........still grill a couple times a month all winter long. Just have to pick and choose the right times and dress a little warmer.....

It was two separate pucks and I weighed each one one was 19% and one was 20% you choose

I never realized as a younger kid how awesome of a cook my mom was/is until I started spending the night at friends houses and realized how many awful cooks are out there! Needless to say i started eating at home before going!

Ya no kidding we had real meals for dinner and then i go to a friends and they are eating frozen fish sticks and ore-ida french fries as their dinner!
