You dare to go where every microbe known and unknown may live, the plumbing. One of the many reasons I hate Plumbing.
I ate some of yesterdays albondigas soup with some of my processed Pecorino Romano This is a marriage made in a place of exquisite nuance. It made the soup velvety and bright. My ground cumin has lost its zip and will be replaced. It is not bad but like Curry it is best used fresh.
It takes 3 hours to fire-up the pizza oven so Ms. MOG and I are always looking for a fast indoor solution. She brought home a new GF pre cooked crust that has promise. I cooked it on a pan but it needs a rack and it absorbed more sauce than anticipated. The oven needs to be brought up to heat and then switched to broiler when the pie goes in. We might just do this tonight?

I think Ive tried to justify it like this before I kinda feel like I always end up in a relationship when I'm at my weakest points in life n maybe repeat mistakes aren't the way to go. But that's also coming from the same mind that tried the other way so wtf right??
