I decided to do a ham for xmas….if the weather cooperates I’ll do it on the smoker….otherwise in the oven. I’ve got a spicy blueberry bourbon glaze in mind….or something along those lines I’m saving my other tomahawk for my birthday a week after Xmas

I Would have stashed the tomahawk for xmas dinner....but it was Use By 17th....and that was a bit of a stretch to 25th.....

Just checked and it shows it hadn't made the local mail distributor yet and is not out for preparing for delivery. Maybe I'll get it this afternoon.
