Wrapped it up real well "bathing with a cast on" style for now, might as well take the paper down before I start cutting out the drywall lmfao. @Mara Cachafa how high up should I plan on mounting the box? Looks like I've got about 8-10" ish of play where the recess on the back of the stove is if its going to be sticking out, guess it doesn't matter too much if it's going to end up flush with the wall though.

Stove outlets are usually right above the baseboard. I'd just make sure the plug will be low enough to be within the recess on the back of the stove so the stove can go flush to the wall. I'm not sure if there's a code height for it.
