Morning @PinkyNotTheBrain ...I'm caramelising sweet onions for burgers for hubby and his helper..........I can throw a couple of extra burgers in for you...

(On gluten free bread....)

The smell of the onions is driving me nuts..........

Yeah I could have started a month later and done it at my leisure. I made arrangements and pushed a run through faster then I should have originally he added a couples weeks putting the end date at march 15th to accommodate poeple and now at the end we’re adding another month and 5 days to it.
