Good question. I added some more lights this run so one plant has 300w and the other two share 700w, but with the 12/12 schedule I'll have to re-calculate the DLI. Thanks for the reminder.
I had to check and re adjust as well for photos. Trying to hit that dli in 12-13hrs takes quite a bit more power than autos with 18+hrs of light

Trying to evict my tenants at my house in Colorado. They owe me over $3,000 in past due rent. The water to the property was just shut off yesterday due to non payment on the account. It's been a total shit show.
It can be absolutely ridiculous and pretty crazy in some states. Like what was said, make sure your insurance is paid up.

I always had rock solid rental agreements and a quite large deposit. I also had very high standards to qualify.
I always had high quality properties so it wasn't difficult to fill it.

I'm glad I liquidated everything when I sold my farm! I don't think I have the patience anymore to deal with the crap! :funny: :funny: :funny:

Especially with evictions!

They changed the law here a few years ago to give tenants more time to get out. If they been in the house for a year, an eviction takes 6 months now. My landlord friend is not swift on paperwork, and the tenants showed up to eviction court with a lawyer, so they got 13 months free rent before he got them out, and they were doing auto detailing business so he had to pay a crazy water bill. I don't have the temperament anyway, but with the new law I definitely wouldn't want to be a landlord.

Yeah I will never do the landlord thing ever again. I'm going to sell the house.

Use, googled it… horses raise their tail for many reasons… alertness, excitement, warning, swat flies, show of pain, during poop and filly’s when peeing. Balance…
And apparently when they are getting a running start to front flip a fence! 🐎🏇
Apparently apples horse emojis also stand their tails out!:haha::rofl:
