lol. Just fan leaves. I don't think it will make them high.

I did some reading first to make sure it would be ok.

They don't really seem to like lettuce, cabbage or other leafed stuff yet, but I've seen other people have good luck.

To get them to try these I sprinkled some feed on them to get them to peck at it. I didn't see any of them actually eat the leaves. But at the very least it gives them something to play with. And the leaves will just dry out and get mixed in with their bedding, which I compost.

These ladies are only about 12 weeks old, they haven't started laying yet. Maybe another month. They are starting to think about it, as they'll sit in the nest boxes for a while.

They love soldier fly larvae and black oil sunflower seeds.

And watermelon. We gave them some leftover watermelon and they ate it down to the rind in no time.

Sorry bud, I can't answer your question but I definitely agree with you about 1:1's. I have done 3 1:1, 2 CBD crack by Fast Buds and 1 White Widow by Healing Path genetics. All 3 got me high as giraffe nuts. :dizzy:I couldn't tell the difference between the 1:1's and normal bud.

Stay lifted

Vidamints is the only medicinal that has faded me hard when vaped!

I think I'm going to mix Mephisto's Aunt Jenny's Elixir in MCT oil with this latest coconut infusion.

That's another potent and easy to grow 1:1.
I'm think that such ratio's are to be taken as an general estimate, as pheno to pheno variations may drift significantly... Figure +/- 1-2% on a "1:1"...?
...trying to remember where I saw an article about this, it's been a while... It also addressed why there are no natural 6:1, 10:1, or whatever cultivars, something about how the plants expresses CBD production and why they show either almost all CBD or something in that "1:1" range...

I can't help but think environmental and nutritional factors are in some level of play too, especially OD's (Sunlight)...
THC% in mixed ratio plants certainly ranges widely, and hence the amount of highness one experiences from them... hard to draw empirical conclusions about that considering the other factors influencing this (terp's/flavinoids)! :rolleyes2:
I know I do feel that high ceiling effect in the few mixed ratio plants I've grown, but there has been definite "ceiling height" variations...
Lab testing is the only way to really know anyway, right? :smokeit:

I am guessing that another factor playing in is the time of harvest.

I haven't vetted empirical research but some articles state that peak cbd and peak thc happen at different times, with cbd reportedly peaking sooner making early harvests better for that cannabinoid.

Again, I haven't dug deeply in to this.

Trying to evict my tenants at my house in Colorado. They owe me over $3,000 in past due rent. The water to the property was just shut off yesterday due to non payment on the account. It's been a total shit show.
Experienced similar with our very first set of tenants. Were friends of friends so didn't do our due diligence and completely screwed us when we were super tight on money. Big mess to get people out in Cali! Having friends that like to drink too much and throw down helps considerably!

In Charleston, SC we had several rentals and pretty much only rented to med students. When they would leave, we would always get med people referred by the former tenants. They're too busy studying and usually a different class of people that don't tear up your stuff.

Depending on where you are financially, don't let this set of bad apples dissuade you from having a rental. A property management scenario might work best being out of state. Property values in CO aren't goin down anytime soon. Depending on where it is, that investment alone could be your retirement and/or if you ever wanna move back, be able to afford it

Every state is different, but get your certified letters sent and or have them served by the cops asap! Every state is different.

It can be absolutely ridiculous and pretty crazy in some states. Like what was said, make sure your insurance is paid up.

I always had rock solid rental agreements and a quite large deposit. I also had very high standards to qualify.
I always had high quality properties so it wasn't difficult to fill it.

I'm glad I liquidated everything when I sold my farm! I don't think I have the patience anymore to deal with the crap! :funny: :funny: :funny:

Especially with evictions!
Not sure where you live, but isnt there insurance or some kinda protection against that sorta thing?! Seems like it would be a common enough problem where there would be some sort of protection against that! I know all states are different and in CA there are alot more laws protecting the renters, at least from eviction. Im sorry youre dealing with that. My Pops is dealing with the same thing in AZ but there is family involved so its pretty ugly. I think hes trying to avoid court and eviction because hes way too nice of a guy, i think he just wants them to pay anything, i think they just straight up stopped paying rent loke over six months ago.
