The one with 16's actually looks like it goes offride sometimes.

I like the vehicle a lot. But I don't get why the expensive fucking tires that serve zero purpose but to cost more.
Ya man can def tell as the rims have gotten bigger and tires lower profile damn tire prices rocket towards the stratosphere! I remember my Honda civic and crx growing up and i could go buy used tires in great condition for like $40 a pop! Plus was easy to find used ones in amazing condition but now unless they swap out tire brands early in tires life u aren’t as likely to find low profile used tires!

Oh man, thats awesome!

Yeah, I tend to save money by ordering online and then taking it to my mechanic for mounting, balance and an alignment. I think he charges like $7 a tire and then $40 for an alignment if you do it all at once.
Its $200 but if u have a firestone tire near u they do a lifetime alignment and after that first charge u can take it back whenever to be done for no cost! ;)

Yep. Its like $60 a piece for new tires for my Civic and CRV.

$250 for the 20's for the Passport, if not more if I want a better brand.

Unless I want chinese shit like goodride.

Closest Firestone is about an hour away.

I use a local mechanic that works out of a pole barn on his property. Has all his certs and everything, and knows what he's doing.

Dude, My new vehicle is a passport with 20" wheels. Its so stupid. I didn't want 20s. I would never put 20s on a car. Its fucking retarded. 16's with thick sidewalls would be my choice and I think it would look a LOT better.

It came with Continentals from the factory.

New tires are fucking expensive, especially how long they don't last anymore.

15" coopers on my civic will last 75k miles at least.
I had some stock continentals that were given to me. The owner of the race car that I crew chief for Cook them off his brand new truck. All the mileage it had on it was from the dealership, to his house and then to the mod shop the next day. They were the stock wheels for an F-350 and mine was a 250. They were definitely taller than mine and I couldn't do a full steering lock but they rode great.................. For a while.
I had belt separation on these tires to begin at 10,000 miles. The separation would make itself evident by it developing a vibration. Naturally the assumption would not be the tires with such low mileage coming so I look to suspension problems. Absolutely nothing wrong, but wasted a bunch of my time!
I had a complete tire machine come, so I slapped on a suspected culprit on to check the balance. I didn't need to check the balance, I could see the problem when I spun it up! Talk about a lot of movement! It was Pathetic!
I hadn't towed much at all. And none of that towing was with a weight distributing hitch. With it being the fronts going bad first, I knew it wasn't caused by towing.
Look would have it I had sponsorship that sent me a nice set of wheels and tires for my tow vehicle. And all it cost me was more their decals on my stuff! :funny: :funny: :funny:
