and it's snowing here  :toke::pass:

We ate our dinner on the veranda. It was very pleasant about 73°F/22.8°C.
Yum!
My friend I know you're a tad sensitive, if you have already checked it out, cool if you haven't maybe I saved ya some pain. From one disgruntled bowel owner to another.
Fortunately, artificial and natural sweeteners are not a trigger for me. I must have No Gluten, Blue cheese, and nothing from the cow and then I am mostly good. I can eat processed pork like bacon several times a week but I only eat pork chops once every few weeks. I can eat poultry and eggs. I can eat lamb the problem is I eat too much and that may cause me a problem. I love lamb chops on a hot grill. Too much red meat at once can be a problem. I am good with almost all vegetables but the starchy ones are mostly off limits due to the glycemic load. Thank Goodness there is goat butter and dairy that I tolerate well. I cannot eat peaches or almonds. We have a Gluten Free bakery in driving range, they make fantastic GF everything! It is pricey.

Sweet Baby Ray's is pretty awesome. I'm a fan of Stubb's Hickory Bourbon. I encourage you to give it a try :)
I have tried that and most others at one time or another. I am not a fan of bourbon BBQ sauces. I had some once on maple wood smoked pork that was mighty tasty. For the most part I am not in to bourbon. The Baby Ray's was probably on sale :haha:

There’s room for u aboard the dab train! ;)

I donated some of my Double Grape harvest from the previous grow to a friend (seriously heavy stoner). The following day, I dropped over to the boat he lives on to see how he liked it. To quote, more or less, "I just rolled up a fatty, and already smoked half of it, and now I can barely talk." He was right, he was stoned, he could hardly link brain and mouth. Gonna have to press some of that stuff. It has been stored frozen in sealed jars, and is still deeeluxe. :pighug:

Meeting with 5 Dr.s all at once finally. Better be game changing cuz I gotta pay for this. Mostly need everyone to hear my situation from everyone else's point of view with me in the room correcting them. Kinda sucks that even if you get a good dr. U stuck relying on the staff to make sure things happen
Sadly, you have to be your own advocate, and that means making sure that necessary communication is accomplished. Passive acceptance of whatever is recommended is not the best plan, docs and their staff are too busy to spend the time that they really should on each case, especially ones that are not run of the mill common conditions.

Anyway Pinky, take care of yourself, and good luck with the docs. :pighug:

Interesting talk. These guys stress the importance of calcium during stretch for strengthening cell wall etc.I've noticed in several of Franks grow journals for example, that he uses quite a bit of cal-mag.Makes me now wonder if this is for deficiencies or nutrition? Thanks for sharing.@Frankthetank.

There are many people/brands of nutes that stress calcium at various and all stages. Nectar of the Gods whole system is based on callcium. Calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium are all in high demand at stretch.
