Hey yall! Rainy day here and not much left on the agenda except a nap, video games and a little work in the tents.
These Strawberry Temple on the left are going nuts! First time having a plant grow past the lights, so gotta finagle the filter out so I can raise the light higher.
Last weeks reorganization of the veggies and one extra Strawberry Temple that didnt fit in with the others.
Clever little squirrel hunter hiding in the leaves, lol
Mine are in a pill bottle with a bunch of water beads to help desiccate them. I'll let that go for a few days, then sort them back out and put them in with some fresh water beads to store long term.
Also, this goes without saying but when I grew out the parents for these, I tried the seed sexing tips I'd seen online about how to sex regular seeds. Total BS. Didn't work at all.
Press some 99 skunks last night got 15% from the first press didn’t collect second press yet since it was getting late just stick it in the fridge will collect up tonight but I’d guess it’s over 20% total return nice skunky funky rosin
What do you guys think? Is $150 for 2 yards of soil / cow shit mix delivered to my house and dumped on my driveway a good deal? I need something to start my garden with.
Guess it depends on the soil and cow shit. Is it aged/composted manure?
place near me sells "composting mulch" for 47/yard but wheni looked at it just seemed like half finished municipal compost

They said its one year old manure. I'm thinking I'm gonna pass. Thats going to be super hot. I think I'll just go get a yard at a time with my utility trailer.

Visited my uncle in small town Texas and they had just bought "soil" to fill their greenhouse. It was straight up wood chips, like partially cold composted. Said every local garden/hardware store sold the same stuff it as "potting soil"
