I'm actually dead serious MoG, I am baffled. I dont even see how its possible. We got a 65% hike last summer, and I decided to do something about it.

It is not the 100,000 watt grow lights is it? You need to have an electrician come out and check the amps of each circuit on the panel, you have a problem device because LED bulbs do not use that much energy. The bulbs you replaced may not have been the problem in the first place?
