So I'm at the grow store today to pick up some dirt and I casually ask the guy behind the counter if they sell rosin presses.He walks me to the back room and proceeds to tell me he has something much much better.He shows me what looked like 2'' stainless steel cylinders in various lengths.He says you fill the cylinder with flower and then screw on this fairly big butane tank on top, and let her rip. Then run the liquid threw some sorta vacuum pump and out comes the rosin.He said their largest setup can process 24 to 48 oz of concentrate in about an hour, if I heard right. Cost +- $1000 for the big rig.
This is obviously much faster than the press but what's the rub.All things being equal who would use the press? Being such a noob I didn't ask questions other than price.

It’s not rosin, it’s butane hash oil, or BHO. Extremely dangerous hobby to embark on….
