You cannot use H2O2! It needs to be sterile not just pasteurized. Without a pressure cooker you will fail. Just buy grain pre sterilized and ready to inoculate. You need to do a bit more research because there is no room for error.

Ive seen it done with coffee grounds using
3% h202 @ dilution rate of 1/10, No PC needed,
They do it like that so they don't need a pressure cooker or even a flow hood. And the h202 helps keep the mycelium good,

The pre-made stuffs has just arrived that's ready to use and sterile,

And I also got some Oats sitting in water to see if the H202 method will work, I'm gona use 6 % h202 @ 1 parts h202 & 20 parts water
