Flimsy steams & all the signs of potassium deficiency.. Bannana soup with 3 tbs of gaia green & 2 cups of worm castings
I got to look back into what is in this soil there should be potassium locked up in there but I I think I am to early a lot of the microbe development.
Welp hopefully this can help kickstart with a tea

Cursed way to source insect frass. let the gnats go wild n kill them off over a few periods. Yes :baked: ppp
Worse yet. Areas laden with mosquitos get catching them leave em to sterilize in the sun & mix that right in to the dirt
I cannot stomach eating bugs but if the soil will reclaim them for the plants then I can think of more ways to adapt living along side them ya kno

Had to take a mental health day from work.

My kids brought home some sort of grunge from school and I've been queesy in the mornings the last few days. Which means I didn't take my zoloft. Woke up this morning feeling even worse, combo of queesiness and not taking my anxiety med for 3 days. And just major brain fog. So, took the day off of work, slept 4 hours after getting a big breakfast, and now I'm feeling pretty good.
Glad you're feeling better. Stress hits me in the gut too, can make you feel like you're dying can make you not want to eat but nutrient dense foods helps with anxiety, a lot.

fucking catz....:face: been tryin me whole life to find one that'll make coffee, but nooooooo....:wall: ppp
My wife's cat meowed silently. So I taught her to ask for food by meowing out loud. Now that damn cat just won't shut up! Sometimes it'll just start yowling for no reason. I've created a monster.

Oh Jebus! That roasted chicken is screaming at me from the fridge! I think it want to intro me to its friends.............Deviled Egg Tater Salad and Macaroni Salad.
That'll go perfect with the old style Bavarian Butter milk I got yesterday. Nice thick rich and creamy, a refined buttermilk. The flavors really come out well with food. If I'm making chicken fried steak or fried chicken and catfish, it's the buttermilk I use to soak them in for tenderness and flavor. I've tried it on sliced pork tenderloin, unbeatened, I felt it had a lesser effect.
I seldom fry anymore, so I seldom have fried chicken or chicken fried steak. Chicken breast/tenders and sliced pork loin I'll still soak in buttermilk, but I broil them. Lighly shake off the buttermilk. use your favorite seasoning and then cover one side with Duke's Mayo. I encrust that with graded Parmesan cheese. I use a heavy cast iron plate I use to serve grilled steaks, or a heavy skillet flat or grilled. I pre-heat it and then place the pieces and broil until done. All very tender, juicy and flavorful.........easy too!

Oh yeah,,,,,,,,the chicken was screaming so loud, I just had to go take care of it. :eyebrows:
