Installed it right, but it is a pretty budget meter. Would checking distilled water be a good test?

Yeah but that wouldn't explain why your water has PPM of 60

By the way someone was using De-ionization Or Polished water above - not needed for hydro.

Now tonight that was me but so confused now what are the 5 stages of your filter I assume 2 membrenes then sediment and carbon then I thought DI but going to do some research now..

Sediment then TWO carbon filters then dual membranes = 5. The carbon filters extend the life of the membranes.

Wasn't me but I've got a deionizer on our water line for the house. Not a good thing? Seems to do pretty good keeping the scale off the ice maker and coffee machine
