When trimming, does anyone else pray for those who will use it?

An elder taught me this years ago, about all the plant medicines we put in our bodies. Showed me to give thanks to the plants, and pray for those that use them :smokeit:

Ya, a bit medicated right now :crying:

Time for a poorly rolled little joint, gin with a pepperoncini slice and a fat olive, with a bit of Long Strange Trip to wind down and get ready for the week. :peace::smoker1:

Daughter picked up a stuffed "thing"that was on closeout. The balls were hidden in pockets on it. It lasted less than an hour
I saw wreckage like that many years ago. When I was a young lad, my father left his bird dog (shorthair pointer as I recall) in the chevy station wagon while he had a beer and shot a bit of trap in his local gun club. The dog could not understand how he was supposed to fetch the ducks if he stayed in the car. So he did his best to get out. The car was a write off. Not a single soft surface including the ceiling liner and steering wheel was in one piece. I think that dog's career might have come to an early end were my father less fond of him.

Pesto is a staple at my house. I grind the basil leaves in the blender with roasted garlic, olive oil, and cashews or sunflower seeds. Freeze it in ziplock for green pizza and penne al pesto. Those big basil leaves would make a killer dolma (middle-eastern stuffed leaves).
A staple in our house, especially when the basil in the garden is fresh. I may have to order some of those giant leaf seeds.
