Pretty cool actually, it feels like im 15 again.

I'm 69 and just coming out of a life crisis I guess it could be called ..I use meditation, walks in the woods, eating healthy. Finding things to be grateful for in this moment.

I use cannabis therapy as well. I eat more than usual, and let the cannabis take me in me mind wherever it wants to go, to show me things about meself, and how what to adjust in me thinking process.

I also find writing helps.. just start writing those thoughts down so they get out of the head where they can be seen in the light.
