That's always perplexed me. How can an enchilada be soup? It's already an enchilada? Maybe i'm just too baked...again...

Same ingredients as u roll up in an enchilada but goes into a soup base! It’s off the chain too! Still got some left from pot from few nights back! Had to get some more crackers yesterday so I could finish the leftovers!
