you ever hear of nice cream?
It's a raw ice cream that is healthier. I figured it out on accident by putting less liquid than a smoothie. You can use coconut milk or make your own raw by soaking coconuts in water overnight blending and straining. I like to use frozen bananas and cacao and coffee to make a mocha no added sugar. So you get the sugar from bananas but you also get potassium etc.
You could also make a chocolate mousse with avacado young coconut some of the water as well maybe a small amount of banana and cacao and raw honey gts makes a coconut yogurt that is made not from a can like all the other ones they make it from scratch and it has no sugar so you can blend it in with the nice cream or mousse and it gives it a yogurt Tang maybe in place of the coconut because it's just fermented coconut
