I buy most of my green coffee beans from Sweet Maria's and roast them myself. I get beans from all over the world and make a new blend every time. Once in a while I will do a single origin but blends just have more depth. The best espresso this year has been The Winter Special Blend, a blend by the masters at Sweet Maria's. I roasted it to Fullcity+. I ordered 5 more pounds the day I had the first pull!
