In my country it’s law for every one to stay in school until they are 15, or the police will come and get them.

Bet some kids get more educated chilling with gifted grown-up parents and friends for 6-18 months then they would for 9-12 years in school.

In an Ideal World @Xmas ... ...but how many children have gifted parents.....?


What about the kids who's parents are feckless eejits who won't work or want ..?...

I would say there are many with gifted parents, but the gifted some times don’t understand that they are gifted or are not as bright to do something with it.

I don’t want to work (guilty), unless it is to help a friend or family, or someone who share my believes, but i do it for free as i believe in it.

If i were in charge i would have searched for these humans to give them a chance in life, as they are needed to make the world into a better place.

After being in a dead end factory job for 14 yrs, at 45 I decided that I was gonna jump at the chance given to "change my stars" and learn something new. I enjoy it thoroughly! And I was mostly fit for it. Wouldn't change anything. Went from $16 an hr 4 yrs ago to 23.50 an hr current, and I'm the crew chief... With no schooling other than on the job.

I was also a self taught crew chief... I did take a couple of classes eventually. I was around $40/hr NY/NJ area late 90s early 2000s. Once gps hit the scene the time constraints on jobs got ridiculous and the pay went way down everywhere. But I totally miss digging up an old whiskey bottle in a field nobody has seen in 100 years and hunting down blaze marks on trees and all the old history part of the job
