I Wish it was bird here....I can Ignore birds........the dogs are still on Spanish summer time..sleep all day...and want to be out during the night....
4 am and 6 am speciality.........I wouldn't mind leaving them out all night...but they start barking...and don't stop...pfftt.....

I'm going to start chasing them around the yard all day..so they sleep at night.

Gluten free....?...we don't eat wheat.
I have a nice gluten free chocolate recipe....using almond flour.....fudgey chocolate cake.........

Hi Mossy, That is an awesome idea with the dogs, keep them playing during the day and they will then settle back to UK time. I love hearing the birds but the channel bill she is one loud bird lol.

Sadly the chocolate cake is flour, but i do have a lovely pudding made with almond flower, that i bake for Christmas.

I could fill the middle/hole with sausage...top that up with onion gravy......and pile mash potato 'round the bottom......

Hubby would Eat it.......

If I mentioned putting a sausage into the hole of a bunt, I'd getn told i was being rather racey!!!!

I gonna guess (and i'm probably wrong) is that a cake made with either almond flour or coconut flour??
I made some coconut bread and it sucked all the moisture out of my mouth, almond cake on the other hand was ,much more enjoyable"

In the background I see a very "Cornish Pasty" looking morsel but I going to go with it's an empanada??? Am i close?

What are you using to make the pastry?? I know it needs to be gluten free..right? Is it paleo?

We have one...yet identified...that goes off with a squawk in the night........it wakes you up...then you lie awake wondering what disturbed it....

With a packet of frozen berries jelly..it does a good Black Forest Gateau impression.......

MMmmm.....local gluten free cake mix....doctored up with raisins..dried peel...ginger/nutmeg/cinnamon to make it taste like a hot cross bun...
