New Grower little help fellas

Both of these ladies got feed yesterday. The soil was dry down to second knuckle pot was lite. And the A8 meter read right at 3. I watered them till about 10 percent run off that was 3 liters the same was I feed them last time.
3 gallon smart pot ocean and frog and perlite.
Rh 52 temp 77 lights are 16 inches from highest top.

So is this over watering? If so how? I'm following directions.

Second I'm worried about hermie they had a zinc deficiency they suffered through and one of them had a calcium deficiency. I have been supplementing them with micro nutes and cal mag and I bumped the one with the cal deficiency to heavy dose.

No I watered last night about 20 hours ago. Also I realised I only watered the one not the other she was still slightly damp and read 5-4 on a8. So to recap these are my two oldest plants they are 33 days old they are the only ones affected by the droop. One was watered the other was not. And I just realized that I forgot to turn my oscillating fan back on

Could it be one was over watered and the other needs water? The one that wasn't watered last night is now dry and reads 3 on a8.

I just bought some Dyna-Gro ProTekt Silicone supplement. Recommended to me by lykaboss. It's a value. I've just started using it in hydro.
