Also stoked to see your lights! Woooo! I'm running two SS550s in my new room and I just slung up 3 4" sunblasters with 10% UV reptile lights. Whats been your experience with the uv in your solar storms over your past grows? And what cycle and distance from canopy did you work?
I'm getn into flower on my auto grow and want to get them on soon so any advice would be rad. Also glad to see the OG CBD iv been curious about her for a bit.
Lastly what spectrum you running this go? Any thoughts thus far on the 550's? I'm stoked to tweek my formulas over time with different strains and training styles. I'm running CLF's Top Shelf Flower program currently. 75/75/25 as I'm a week or so into flower.

Hey there , hope the new year rolled in well for you . To answer a few of your questions most of the photos in this thread are actually plants being vegged under a solar storm 880 in veg mode. I have that light at max height covering my entire veg area. The flowering room is (6) Solar Storm 440 Units and I keep them usually within a foot to 18 inches of the canopy but I lean on the side of close as long as it doesn't bother the plants .
The solar system units I'm trying a more blue white blend with mild red for Veg and having a more red white with medium blue. I haven't got too crazy into changes just yet on spectrum.
I really will always love the solar storm units with UVB bulbs. But I enjoy features on the solar system as well.
