Maybe a tab for new growers that says "easy to grow" or "best for beginners"

Also maybe under the new grower section a bit of effect grouping? Head, body, couch lock, energy, etc... Just some real basic stuff but strains that are heavy on one specific thing. That way you could explore what people are talking about and have an idea that yes, what I'm feeling is correct, I like this, or conversely, look for something else.

I would have liked an easier time picking a strain I knew was going to be easy and then from three or four picking based on effect. It might feel a bit narrow but specific gold standard strains for particular things.

You could take a look at seedfinders. They have a (now clunky) system but it has a vast selection of variables to filter through so I am sure you can find good stuff in there.

Compare The Strain has effects parameters that could help you build your lists.

Both sites have commonly talked about items so there's nothing proprietary in the lists themselves.
