Leaukimia...

Long day today all! :peace:

Thanks Bro...backatcha

Just to let you know, the aches and pains are kicking in now. He couldn`t reply to texts yesterday pm, cos his bones were so uncomfortable. He seems to be more interested in the use of the herb when he comes home(especially when I mentioned edibles and vaping!, we will see. I reckon he`s effing brave and I`m very proud of him! He perked up after lunch, cos they un-plugged him from all the tubes and shit(although he still has this plug thing in his chest)! It was a hard day, but I`m so pleased I visited him! :smokebuds: :peace: all! ............edit: His work friends/colleagues sent him flowers(they weren`t allowed due to pollen contamination) and a massive box of Thorntons gear! I told him He`s not allowed to eat any of that stuff, cos it`s all sugar! He was not impressed...

Found out yesterday that the doctors(all 4 of them!) treating him, reckon it hasn`t got any worse(good news!). Still early days, of course, but good t`hear all the same! On a side note, the nurses looking after him, are all well fit(that`s helping his mood, no end! :D) :peace: all...

Just said a prayer for your brother and family krug, hope things get better.

Thanks mate, kind words, very much appreciated! :smokebuds:

Well, I saw my GP this morning, discussed my Brothers`hyperthetical scenario`. Supplied him with a link to the studies at St barts and St Georges, The updating of the prescription of Sativex(which he hadn`t heard of before!) and a youtube link to `Rick Simpsons...Phoenix Tears`. He seemed very interested(and complemented me on my research efforts). He explained, that he doubted he would be in a position to prescribe Sativex, for the following reasons : 1/ He thought that the specialists recommendations were what counted(and he would be loath to be seen to go against their medical recs). 2/ That `NICE`, the lords and masters of what was and wasn`t an applicable treatment, were doubtful too agree, cos He has no previous history of prescribing this medicine. He did though think my research very interesting/intriguing and asked to keep my info to study/read through(outside of work!). All in all, it was a positive `consultation` and I`m pleased I went through with it! I also suggested to him that he might google a certain Mr Ditchfield, if he wanted more info on the subject(due to him being a rather knowledgable chap, on this sphere of medicine!) I have known this Dr for a while now and respect his points...Even if I disagree with the constraints put upon him, by the shit beaurocracy that seems too run our Health Service(and legislation, there of)! :peace: all...

Well, m`sis has just texted me t`say me and her will be blood tested in the next week or so(will be sent a letter with date). My bro still has no white cells. He`s losing his hair at a fast rate(to be expected I guess!) and he`s starting t`feel more shit on a regular basis(again, t`be expected!) Still, he`s still with us...so that`s a positive! :peace:

Went to visit m`brother yesterday(with my sis). He`s got the right hump and is saying He`s gonna discharge himself in a day or two(hopefully He`ll see sense and calm his skin down in a day or so!) Unfortunately, He`s a stubborn fucker(it`s a family trait!). Any hoo, tried to explain, that`s not in his best interests...so we`ll see...I went to the hospital this morning, t`give a blood sample(to see if I`m compatible for stem cell donation). Fuck me, that was 1 big mofo of a needle(about the size of the inkholder in a biro)! And a big `nice 1`, to the scatty nurse, who just couldn`t help calling her mate in, to comment on it...several times! Anyhoo, done now. Took a couple of tubes of m`claret, then asked me what she should do with it...wtf, you`re the bloody expert love! Sorry, I`m just a pissed off about my Bro at the mo...:peace: all...
