My Super Dense autos are really stretching out, as I was told they would in veg. They look really healthy and seem largely unbothered by the heat. It’s begun cooling a bit...we only hit 35.5C/96°F! I don’t see any temps higher than 36° in the forecast! WoooHooo!

Hey DTOM, nice going so far.

Hope those get you where you want to be.:baked:

Good luck on your grow.:smokeout:

Thanks @Eekman! How funny - I was reading through your medical thread on high CBD strains when I got the alert you posted in my journal! Lol!

You think they look ok? I’ve never grown autos before so seeing flowers starting on plants only 12-13” tall is kinda freaky. Lol. They seem ‘puny’ to me; even at only 4 & 5 weeks old. I read about folks with 3’ tall autos and I wonder how mine will ever get close to that. Of course, I’m LSTing them so I don’t expect them to get tall as much as wide. We’ll see. It’s a learning experience and I started them in some awfully hot weather. So, I’m sure that’s going to limit growth as well.

Thanks for the kind words! I’ll probably be reaching out for some advice on CBD strains.

Hey....looking good!! Nice lush green. That is some pretty heavy LST you have going on!! Might be a bit small for day 25(big autos like DP, Dinafem XXL's would be around 25-30" for the biggest ones by day 25), but never seen that strain grown before, so hard to say.

Well, @912GreenSkell sent me his rain and we’ve had 11.5” of rain in the last 3.5 days with strong chances of more for another 4 days! First we’ve had in almost 3 months. Temps went from 100° to the low 80°s and some of the girls have really exploded! I had JUST topdressed a few with Alfalfa meal and given them a strong dose of kelp before the flood started. After the sun came out for 3-4 hours on a Tuesday they took a big leap in size and all look terrific. I don’t know if it was the feeding or all the rain or the fact that all the lightening infused the rainwater with nitrogen but the ladies really seem to be taking to it. Whatever the cause, I’m happy about it!!

Skelly- do you think I over-did the LST? I have a Dinafem XXL Cheese Auto that’s only 3 weeks and I haven’t touched; along with a DP Auto Mazar that’s the same age. Maybe I won’t touch them and see what they’ll do? I thought you said to lay them over to about 45°? That’s about where they are. Well, maybe 55°. Lol

Also, I keep the fluorescent really close to them once they pop and they stay very short but dense. Then, when I move them outside. They really seem to stretch out. Should I be keeping the T5 fixture a lot higher - like 12”-18” above the top of the plants instead of right on top of them?

Here are the newest pix from today, after only 9” of rain, lol. The are the Super Dense Autos I showed in my last photos:

Those are 10 gallon bags, by the way.

Here are a few other of the plants from today. Different ages. One of the Amnesia Haze plants is stunted and struggling. Hopefully she’ll catch on and take off with the rest. These pictures really don’t make them look as good as they are. My phone makes them look more lime green in a lot of cases.

Of course, the stunted girl is sitting in a 15 gallon bag which makes her look ESPECIALLY small! Lol! Those top 2 pictures are 2 Amnesia Haze Autos from ILGM that popped the same day and were identical looking until about a week ago. They’re in identical soil and have had identical treatment. Only difference is the stunted girl is in a larger bag. Then, she started yellowing and stunted. The other one kept going and she just hasn’t responded to anything I’ve thrown at her.

Here’s the forecast, ugh!!

It’s been raining again, btw. We’re just over 13” total rain since Sunday night. With another 4 days of strong rain chances. It’s been sunny between thunderstorms, though.

13 inches of rain in 5 days!? Daaaamn. I haven't even had 13 inches of rain since January 1st, and I am in England. We have only had 8.5 inches so far this year.

Your temperatures are hot as well though, looking at that graph above, averaging around 90F every day. Combined with that rain you should be looking at some proper explosive growth! We're only getting 70-75F here. In fact 65F is forecast for Saturday, but it's going to rise into the 70s again next week. Are you in a full on tropical climate, or a continental climate with hot summers and cold winters?
