I got mine in. Doing the challenge now but It isn't even close the jar with the boveda pack smells better and isn't as dry.
@Boveda one of the Cvaults I got the little ledge is detached from the top. Are they welded or just glued?

My testing is complete and it actually subverted my expectation.
I preferred the flower WITHOUT the boveda for pre-grind smell. It seemed more kick out of the cvault.
But then we fall in line with what i thought would be the case... Post grind was way more "full" scent... Made me realize what the non boveda was lacking.
Smokability goes to boveda. But thats why i started using them in the first place.
And finally flavor. That full scent transitioned to flavor wonderfully. Neither was a bad smoke, but the boveda had a lil more flavor on those pre-lit/ early pulls.

I Love the CVault and Boveda combination. I have 4.5 pounds in CVaults with Boveda packs right now 4 8 liter units that have been curing for almost a month and i have never burped them per say I have only opened them to check the humidity and stir for a second and the humidity has been perfect at 62-64. I never see myself curing any other way. I love them so much I have a total of 24 - 8 liter and 4- 21 liter Cvaults with Boveda packs on the shelf waiting to be used.
I would have been curing the jar way if i had not saw the challenge and looked into your product. Just posting this challenge was a boost in sales for CVault and Boveda even though i bought direct from CVault to get the wholesalers discount. I love how the flavor profile is enhanced by maintaining the proper RH.
In short excellent products and a new life long user here. I will definately be hitting up Boveda site to order my packs for the CVaults when needed.

Oh no, I looked on mine and it's hard to tell by looking at it. I think glue would work and it's on the outside so no risk.

I will just stick a boveda pack inside since after doing the test it is obvious to me that the Boveda pack enhances the smell and taste along with keeping it just moist enough.

When I get some extra cash I want to get the 2 liter Cvault. Hopefully the glue is stronger in those.

I was missing a cvault logo on one of the jars. But i put the boveda sticher on that one and thought it was an intentional thing. :smoking:
