That's actually one reason we find it harder to get testers and kit to Canada, its expensive (for everybody.)

It certainly is when using FED-EX. I have been ordering and sending stuff online from U.S. since 97 and USPS is the best. never a duty charge. unlike fedex, they charge duty on gift's value.

I got mine in the mail from the first round up in Canada and didn't have to pay anything or get any calls it just came in the mail

Fed -Ex says they just need sender to send commercial invoice which was missing.
