May I participate in this thread if I purchase some kind soil this week? Id like to share my experience as well...I have two different soils to try it with....roots organics 707 which I think will b the best but I also have sunshine advanced ultra coir which is basically sunshine advanced with 30% added coco and some light organic nutrients....both should work well to use until the roots hit the kind soil....

For what it's worth, I'm probably about a month to a month and a half out from finishing up some current grows and then I'll be starting a test grow of my own with this soil. If anyone wants to start a second comparison and/or battle type grow around then I'd be interested in getting in on the action. My plan is to top the Kindsoil with some Roots Organic Original and then hook up a set of Blumat's to water and test out just how low maintenance a grow I can get. :smoking:

Shaping up to see good things here guys! I am real interested in Hobbes autopot test and how they do in that system! Hey, I'm excited to see how they do in everyone's hands!

@Discretepete2676 Ordinarily we'd love to have you join in the competition, but we already have a test team in place with prizes and bragging rights for the chosen team at the end of the competition. If you don't mind, we'd like to keep the team grow in here and other journals separate (so there is no confusion when get to the special Kind Soil BOM at the end of the grow-off for voting and such.) We still absolutely invite you to follow along and you're more than welcome to start a grow journal here in Kind Soil forum (just not the Grow Battle thread please :d5: .) Thanks brother, and cheer us on as we go and we'll check out your journal when you get it going!

Aye no worries briman! I didn't know we had a kind soil section yet or I wouldn't have asked, guess I need to check it out lol, will b ordering over the next few days, I also didn't realize this was an actual comp with prizes, thought it was just the thread name lol, I'll get a separate thread going and tag everyone in it....
@Ozone69 I'd b happy to do a comparison. I use roots 707. Would b cool too compare that and original roots!
Anyways thanks guys for the quick responses and good luck to all! I'm subbed in for the ride and tests!

I'll See if Ripper is Interested in running a GrowAlong thread for the members that want to Trial Kindsoil out too..he has a few grows/experience with Kindsoil ahead of anyone else on site..so he can guide and advise anyone..and we can have a member grow battle too...if we get enough members interested...and Ripper has enough time..:headbang:

Babies broke soil! Popped up over night. 3 of the 4. I expect the other to sprout in another few days,as it had barely a tail when planted.
