Checked trichs this am, very few clear left... she may be coming down this weekend. Will be keeping a close eye on her as she is occupying the next runs germ and veg space...

Update- I have decided that she will be harvested Friday morning. Trichs are pretty much where I want them... like 1% or less clear, 7% amber, and 92% cloudy. That was last night when I checked them. That gives her 36 hrs to do whatever she’s gonna. I will be dropping seeds tonight for my next big adventure! Keep your eyes peeled!

Nice Jp  She is looking very nice.
Do you practice the harvesting technique of 24 or 36 hour's Dark period before harvesting?

Not sure I’m going to do that this time... from what I’ve been reading, trichomes develop as a defense to infrared and uv light and if there is no light then the trichomes would not be performing their duties. Is this theory correct? I know we used to harvest the OD girls at night but I considered that a stealth thing... what do you think @Growtogrow ?

Well I'll tell you... I've been practicing the dark thing for a long time. I don't know how many years many.. I guess. We never knew if it was really true or not about it creating something better by doing it..... The guy I work for he does it with his large commercial crop. And all his commercial Grow Buddy's all do it as well....
So while back I had this discussion with another guy... I read it elsewhere but this is what I found a year or so ago. that is probably more conclusive than the study I read....way back when...lol

So yes it's pretty conclusive that it does something.

Alright, I’m in! She’s in her dark phase rt now since 8 am think I’ll pull the plug on the light and chop at 8 am tomorrow! Thank you very much for the insight!!!

Ok people, she has been cut, rough trimmed, and hung to dry! Now to wait til she’s dry then a tumble in the diy tumble trimmer then to jars. I won’t be just waiting... dropping seeds into shot glasses this afternoon for a 24 hr soak before hitting the insta-transplant cups. These next ones will be for Grow and shows and Pinky T test run for proph! STAY TUNED!!! P.s. they will be documented in their respective grow and show threads.

Again THANK YOU @Seedstockers-Mark for giving me the opportunity to grow this wonderful strain while you were with HSO and THANKYOU @Marshydro for the TS 1000! Excellent genetics and Excellent Light! Buds are not airy at all! Super dense and the aroma of sweet berry wine permeates the house today!
