It's frustrating not to know their server paradigm -- is it actually holding connections "in the order received" which means we should leave it spinning, or is each spinning wheel dead in dropped zone?

I’ve been on their side of server issues - I’m far more understanding than most. BUT, communication with clients is pretty important!

I think this is an anomoly based on the last two drops. I think the site is just crashed.

It seems like they tried to “fix” the double/triple charging issues from 2 weeks ago, but instead broke checkout.
