baked...i know if i was you i would be pulling that top over horizontally to help fill in the lowers even better and to add a competition factor between the top and the lower branches.
I rotate throughout the day, but have thought about adding the light as well.

i get it...depends on branch rigidity if you can get away with it...using reverse supports can give you much more flexibility through mid stalk stabilization and allow you to have more control flexing the upper stalk.If she is really rigid, bend a little at a time once a day. After a week you will be there.
