Jock Horror Auto - Deformed leaves.

Yep, if you're using weak bulbs like 23w CFLs, you have to have them right on the plants to stop the stretching. I mean an inch or so away. They do generate some heat so you need a fan moving that air, and when they're growing fast you might need to move the lights several times a day. That's why it's much preferable to go with at least 42w bulbs so you can have a few inches of space to play with.

With CFLs I've found that all things being equal, you will get a bit more stretch with 2700k than 6500k, but intensity is really what you should focus on. The 4100k should do well for you.

Thanks for clearing that up guys, I got the 26w bulbs because they were the brightest 6500k I could get, good to know I can use the others for veg. :peace:

Day 33, had some problems with the leaves but I believe she was just a lil hungry, seems to be doing better now with some food, some leaves are bent from being in the small space I have her.

She is in a 10" pot, even with LST she is over 13"

Looks fine to me. I like those wide plants. she looks healthy to me. Growing indoor I like to go SOG style so I love those single colon plants with good weight. This one might be better outside so it can spread it's wings.

The original plan was for outside, but its been cold lately here, down to 5C at night, little to cold for my liking :(

Wow you must really be up North. Like Sudbury or even higher. I can see why your inside. My problem down here is still too much heat and still expecting another 2 months of budding season.

Yeah I'm just 3 hours east of Winnipeg, I wish it was still warmer here, but been kinda paranoid lately, a chopper makes it's pass over the house every morning it seems, and very low/slow

Not much for copters around here this year. I guess Kenora isn't much of a distance from you. I can remember being stuck hitchhiking just outside of Kenora going to Vancouver. Spent two days camping beside the road waiting to get a ride.

Kenora's only an hour away  sounds nice down there this time of year, do you have any outdoor grows going or pictures?

Yeah I usually grow some regulars and the tall autos outside. This year outside I grew 4 Super Cali Haze autos and got over 10 ounces off of them. Nice sativa good stone and big buds I am very happy with it and I will plant more of it next year. It has become my favorite outside auto. I got 4 types of regulats outside some in the ground and others in containers on my upper balcony. I am just starting to harvest my BeeJay which is a very early good yielding regulat. My wifes favorite pot. It is a Jack Herer old type X Bob Marley cross that I have been growing for years.

I got some new ones that I am growing outside but too early to give much of a report on them as none have finished. They are all srarting to bud and another month and most will be finished.

Yes it is nice down here this time of year. a lot of rain this year but most days are top down on our summer car and tshirt and shorts. Leaves are not turning yet. Still totally green

My wife takes the pictures and I will get her on the case after next week. I just had a hard drive failure on my computer so I lost all my old pictures sob sob..
