Yep, just spent basically an entire paycheck for a camping spot for my plants..
Glad I have other equipment all around... otherwise i'd be spending several more paychecks

I bet I could just RIG one up with black plastic and PVC or find a used one on FB marketplace ...OR move to a 2 bedroom and use a hole room lol or why not just buy a real tent lol duel use lol.. I guess im just floored by the prices. im goint to look on aliexpress.

Yeah it hurts but I am a firm believer in good equipment investments. It's why I have good lights, fan controller, fan etc etc... Had them for probably a decade now and they sTILL work. So it hurts, but I think it's a good long term asset. Rental prices here are INSANE... Couldn't afford a bigger place nor could I hack the power bill on top of that. In my area small houses go for 700K.... rental prices for a 2 bedroom START at 2200 a month..

The cost of everything has gone up... inflation is rollin hot these days! Thanks Joe and criminal cronies!

Anyway, it came today... 1 day early... and I am stoked!

Mam sure takes a lot of work to clean up 100 square feet spicnspan! I was hoping to close this setup in one night.. looks like it will take 2!

Got set back 100 times... but forged forward in between ....
Fire for effect!

took 3 nights... couple hours first night cleanup, 2nd couple hours main tent assembly... tricky in a 10 x 11 space.. tent unfolds to 20 x 30... do the math... had to "pseudo-unfold" the tent.. assemble the frame in place... directions SAY to assemble the frame on the side, unfold... move frame onto tent.... ha! in a barn maybe!
tonight.. clean up and install old equipment reclaimed from the farm days... For new growers... it pays to buy high quality gear... it LASTS!

ok... so... in 3 days..

compressed all the stored stuff in that space to other areas in my small apartment
cleaned floor and walls
assembled tent
cleaned up old gear
installed lighting and ventilation controls including modulated fan control
began charting temp data for tent and inlet air temp

not bad for 3 days around work sleep and parental catasrophies!

Looking Good one more and you have a guest room LOL Seriously I would camp in that thing Im 6feet 4 and I need head room lol If you want a smaller tent to run mothers or do a Full photo tent Wish has them for cheap same quality around $80 think they sell I didnt see a 10x10 but they had close and it was $148 lol Ill pull the trigger on a few and let you know.

Yup, buy as high quality as you can….and wear it out!
