New Grower Jekyll and Hyde.

The plants are 47 days old.
Next it's time to start thinking about the next grow. I want those new strains and freebies. You guy know which ones! Forget the other plans . I admire that low wattage grow. For me that was a something from a new growers dream.

Watch me work.

Nice job J&H. Now that you have cobs with great light penetration, the need for lst, is much less. Unless of course, you get a monster that is getting to tall for your grow room.
You've come a long way in a short time man. Well done.

Thanks for noticing friend. I started growing backwards. Crazy I had to see for myself the harm that man can do before stepping a side. Now that I have and not living in the tent with my mind. I feel better and in more control.

Instead of planting in solo cups. Which I love, I will start my future plants in these.

( this is where I will add my recharge, at the base).

I'm thinking it will work the same as the cups only better. When it's time,

Then off to the 5 gallon. 4 of them in the 4x4

Hopefully it gives the effects of transplanting while allowing me to grow stronger younger plants and eliminating
A few problems.

This start seems to save me 3 weeks if I start them in another tent.( from seed to 5 gallon).

[emoji419] note. Tent A- Light source is 100 watts of cobs in the 2x4

20" x 5.5" 80/20 Aluminum Frame with COBs spaced at 12" on center for even coverage

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:

Total Wattage Consumption (@ wall): 100
PAR watts: 47
PPF: 220

COVERAGE AREA:

12" x 24" to 18" x 30" @ 12-18" above canopy

PPFD @ 12" x 24" = 1150

PPFD @ 18" x 24" = 785

PPFD @ 18" x 30" = 625

Weeks 1 - 3. Once you've started your seeds and they break the surface of the soil, they are in their seedling stage. The first set of leaves to appear will usually single fingered, followed by a second set that may still be single fingered or perhaps 3 fingered. Once that second set appears growth will start to accelerate as the new leaves provide more photosynthesis. This process will continue, more new leaves, faster growth. Depending on the type of soil in use, mild vegetative nutes can be introduced at week 2. By week 3 most plants will start to show their sex. Males will start to produce pollen sacks and females will display pistols

Tent B - 300 watt cobs I will build a new frame.

30" x 20" 80/2O Aluminum Frame with COBs spaced for even coverage

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:

Total Wattage Consumption (@ wall): 300
PAR watts: 145
PPF: 675

COVERAGE AREA:

30" x 30" to 36" x 36" @ 12-18" above canopy

PPFD @ 30" x 30" = 1165

PPFD @ 36" x 36" = 800

This will be home to 4 plants.

lots going on in the tent/tents.looking great compared to a few months back, when we were pulling our hair out in frustration.
im not saying growing is like riding a bike.but maybe it is,its not like we once we learnt to grow we never forget(we allways learning).but sometimes something can just CLICK and suddenly it becomes a lot easier not to fall off or go flying over the handlebars.
Yeatster is right you come a long way in a few short months.so keep up the great work.
good luck.
