Jedi Healer - New Strain Project By Anthropolis For PTSD

Thanks bro! Ok day 97 wow, an interesting test of a person's patience coming from quick autos lol. Actually I think I started those nearby Black Creams after I had started this plant, and the Black Creams are in jars already haha!
So this girl and her clones are the only thing left in the tent now. 3x of the clones started getting sprayed with Tiresias Mist for reversal and hopefully pollen acquisition. 2 or 3x of the clones may get hit with the Med Gom 1.0 pollen if they get bigger and look like they'd accept some pollen.
Anyway the Skyler Skywalker is doing excellent, preparing colas in earnest now. Pistils popping up everywhere, structure looking perfect, overall health is great, gotten a major feeding today, and some tucking.
Here's a cola forming, from today:
You can see that the main branch tip cola is forming up, and a few branch nugs are forming up and will end up making their own separate mini colas. Sites like this are all over the plant!
A credit simply from FIM'ing repeatedly. It's a lot of extra work and time, but I think the FIM'ing and scrog'ing will end up being well worth the efforts.
It appears slated to produce a great deal of quality medicine. I'm starting to think about when to stop tucking and let the colas go up, a few are looking almost ready to go up and are fighting the tucking more seriously lol. I do have several feet of upward room, so I'm not worried about cola space.

Nice work ..cant wait to see what they make with the cross ..I wonder if people will just start putting the 2 types of buds together in one bag for different effects..mixing meds in flower state..Im a vet with PTSD and id say dont limit it to just vets ..There are a wide range of people who have ptsd..If not just from hear police copters ,gun shots and sirens Hourly.

Hello! Been slow on updating, just being busy. Not much going on but it continues along the flowering nicely. Good point DABaraccus, didn't mean to single any group out, and it's still the hope that the cross will be good for PTSD across the board for whoever. It won't be right for everyone, just because of how complex PTSD is, heck doctors are having to just use pharmaceutical trial and error on individual basis because medications work so different for each person's different PTSD.
That said, I've theorized since the start of all this, that the particular mechanisms of action of Cannabis compounds, especially a proper mix of THC, CBD, and important terpenes could work for "most" PTSD. We'll have to see though, I can only hope I'm on a track that might be the right track lol!
Here's some fresh pictures, not shown are the clones which are doing fine and also are somewhat flowering... By that I mean 3 clones are just in a pot as backup / control testers, 3 are undergoing attempted reversal, and the 2 biggest healthiest clones are in a pot together and about to receive some of initial test Med Gom 1.0 pollen.

Skyler Skywalker is still doing excellent, and about 2/3 through flowering now I think. There's a chance I may have FIM'ed it tooo much hahaa, if there is such a thing lol, it never really made full colas. Plenty of bud sites, that's for sure, and it looks like a decent amount on there, but it's all spread out all over the place hah!
Today several of the clones received pollen from the reversed Med Gom 1.0, so we'll see in a couple months if that pollen was viable.
Also good news, the three clones undergoing reversal with Tiresia's Mist (actually a surprisingly good working knock-off brand from ebay) are indeed showing some reversed pollen sacs! So if anyone is in the market for Tiresia's Mist on ebay, this brand does work and is offered in this much larger size than the original. Also worth noting is that I didn't spray every day as instructed and well known to be suggested, but more like "when I friggin remember to" hahaaa! Yet works great even with some missed spraying, and of course as with any of the Tiresia's Mist type reversal sprays, it does far far less damage (none in fact) than the equivalently working STS spray.
This is the third Tiresia's type spray I've tested, the original, the first knock-off brand (which sells as a 2 for 1 bottles on ebay), and now this one. All work about equally, but this one is my favorite now for its bottle size, effectiveness, and concise packaging and instructions.

Also worth noting is that photoperiod species apparently reverse much easier than autoflowering species, and I have seen some of the experts here mention that too.
So what now? The Skyler Skywalker clones reversing will have their pollen collected for later, and will be put on a future set of Med Gom 1.0 plants, to assess how the strain will form up that way. Hopefully the Med Gom pollen on the clones today is viable and makes some initial test seeds, and we might be able to compare the two cross options later.
In the meantime, the mother Skyler Skywalker is beautiful and is making some really pretty flowers! Right on time, some leaves are getting used up and of course some dying from old age at this point hahaa!

I do feel like it should have much more bud, but it's difficult to tell still because it's very leafy and because it's not done yet. For the record I do think it might have been FIM'ed too much, or maybe needed more vegetative time... But not sure about the time, 2 months should be more than enough veg time. Still, it's making enough premium quality Cannabis.

Looking good! I'm looking forward to see how well your stored pollen works. I just froze some pollen to use in a couple weeks and I'm really hoping it will work, I'm trying to save my Dragon Kush strain and got 1 male from my last 4 seeds!

Curious also, I've had no luck yet getting any beans from reversed pollen in other previous trials... But this time I have a good amount since I reversed the whole plant instead of just one branch, and was more careful in sifting out green matter from the pollen dust. Was stored cold in a fresh small Mason jar with some rice to absorb any leftover moisture, so we'll just see!
If it doesn't take this time, again, lol, then I'm definitely doing something wrong. One thing is, the autoflowers just don't seem to reverse as kindly as the photos, and I suspect that my previous attempts just produced corrupted and/or inviable autofem pollen.
The Skywalker clones reversed beautifully!!! So if the Med Gom 1.0 reversed autofem pollen doesn't take on the Skywalker clones, then I can try it the other way, using the reversed Skywalker clone photo fem pollen on some later unadulterated Med Goms.
Anyways, the big girl Skyler Skywalker mom is entering the final laps now woohoo!
It's day 124!!!
The buds are aging strangely, whereas the pistils are turning faster than the maturity of the buds according to trichomes and bud mass. I've had this happen before in extreme heat such as it's experiencing now. It's like the heat cooks and turns the pistils faster than they normally would age, so now I've got mostly turned pistils but the flower is definitely not ready yet.
I do not think it's going to put on a bunch more mass... :/ it's got plenty of light, food, and water, PH perfect, ect ect.. But I think I went a little too FIM crazy and the sites are just way too spread out to make solid colas. In retrospect, just two FIM's would be good for this plant, just enough to break main apical dominance yet still make solid colas.
