45 days in. 1 bag is ready to fruit and 1 bag isn't that close. A little concerning since the bag that's ready to go is the one I thought I heard pop. But it's all white white no weird colors in there so it looks ok. Probably cut it open this or next week
60 days. 1 bag is cut open and fruiting. Just opening it twice a day to exchange air and a little mist of distilled water on the sides of the bag if it looks dry
70 days from inoculation. 1st pins 2nd bag is still colonizing. Been a little colder in the garage since I have plants flowering in here so I think it's slowed growth down a bit
Got too cold out in the garage and everything basically stalled out. No signs of contamination. Put them in the basement next to the boiler where it seems to stay 68-73. Plucked the 1st pins off and now they're starting again. Just fanning that bag for about 30 seconds twice a day. Still haven't opened the 2nd bag up yet but the mycelium is starting to grow again
