17 days from inoculation. Haven't done a thing but the mycelium grows

24 days since inoculation. I'm still not doing anything

31 days. Gonna break and mix these up today or tomorrow. Still just sitting in the dark

Mixed. I may have got a little rough with it. Feel like I heard 1 bag pop But nothing fell out so well find out soon. Back into the dark

45 days in. 1 bag is ready to fruit and 1 bag isn't that close. A little concerning since the bag that's ready to go is the one I thought I heard pop. But it's all white white no weird colors in there so it looks ok. Probably cut it open this or next week
