Hello all I’m new to AFN apologises now if posted on the wrong place I’m currently in flower with the old style mars hydro 300 w and was wondering on heights in flower as I feel 18iches is not enough for them which the company recommends

Hi @John d 123456789 This is a good place to ask that question and 18" is fine. I have grown with LEDs at 5" without bleaching.
