I was there for picture taking. On a long road trip from bellingham to new mexico. I saw mountain goats, horses, the beautiful grassy mountainsides are stunning. The cool little old general store up there is nice. I was there after a fire, in 2011 I think. I got pics of the burnt up forest at the snow line somewhere.

That would make really cool contrast in black and white. Sunstones galore on the other side of the hill heading east, lahontan cutthroat, hot springs all over, some radical country out there.
