Indoor JammyD/3wok/O-utan in soil

Great job! You might have turned on the res too early, though... specially with the smaller plants. You should usually wait until leaves go beyond the edge of the pot to turn on the res.
That is my understanding also, however, that “rule of thumb” also applies to transplanting correct? These 3 gals had 1 set of leaves and the start to 2nd set and had roots growing out of the bottom of the 776ml/3.23 cups at day 6-7. My objective was to transplant at day 12-14 and made it til day 8 as a response to visible roots from the bottoms.

this part confuses me, so I’ll keep drawing on the experiences of others and do the best I can. This is my 2nd grow with Autopots and 3rd overall. ALL TIPS AND SUGGESTIONS ARE ENCOURAGED.

Question: Does pre-flower come into anyones decision making process when turning on Autopots or is “leafs to edge of pot” the end all be all?

I generally want them to at least touch the edge of the pots and as you know I start all mine in solo cups so I repot them by say day 10 at the latest into my 15 litre autopot and then from there I will normally wait say 10 days or just judge her size but turning the res but turning them on late is a lot better than early in my views

also bro on my last lot I turned mine on quite late just before I switched them over to flower so over 4 weeks old so I've experimented quite a lot with the autopots

I just realized that I have a Jack Herer that is a week behind and will be going on to res when ready. Ill let her go for a bit and I can observe a side by side comparison.

Thx for the thought provoking post.
