The pot is a gh aquafarm (maybe a hydrofarm, whichever one is the biggest).
It's a 20ltr pot on a 20ltr res. They are an air driven drip system, but as you can see the roots tend to outgrow the pots down into the reservoir. I put an air stone in the res, so it's basically a half arsed mutant drip/accidental dwc. It seems to work for me, the problem is the bulk of the container, it's near impossible to access the reservoir properly during the grow, makes testing the res a bit tricky. But as the name of the thread suggests,it will evolve into something a bit different anyway.
