New Grower IS THIS ANYTHING TO WORRY ABOUT??

I've started to actively reduce some of the additives, so, here's the current:
Sensi A&B Coco (Both grow and bloom)
Voodoo Juice
B52
Carboload (THIS additive KILLS! A sort of High Brixing of the plants)
Big Bud Coco
Overdrive
Bud Candy
SensiZyme
Rhino Skin
Nirvana
Flawless Finish (flushing agent..)
Bud Blood (Just started using it Today.. Its a flower accelerator. Hoping it might speed up the harvest by a week

The only non-AN additive I use is Botanicare CalMag+, as needed.

Looking at the list... I have clearly NOT thinned out the herd, much... lolol

My soil meter just come in today...... Its awesome for detecting light, temp and wetness.....but Im wondering if it has a hard time measuring the PH in coco since its not soil...... Im getting a PH reading of 5.0....... The instructions says to not use it with liquids as it will damage the probe. When I check my res with my ph meter it reads at 5.7/8ish and the system just watered at 7pm today before I checked so clearly the PH is not gonna swing that much in 2hrs. But all in all it gives me a wetness reading so Im satisfied.....

How often do you clean your res? How long does the PH perfect ingredients tend to last in a res? I've heard some negative things about AN from my local hydro shop but not sure if he was just trying to pursuade me to buy the nutes he carries.

I replace/refill my rez(es) every 4-5 days, and never have pH problems. I will usually clean the rez after week 2-3 in flower, as it starts to get coated by then. I've only had to clean them once during a photoperiod run, and haven't had any issues.
There are 3 grow shops that I frequent, and one of those is clearly anti-AN, too lolol For me, the proof is in the results, so I just smile and let them have their "retail bias"... lolol
I am going to be trying a new nute line, this coming year. ONLY because I want to see if a simpler, equal quality, nute brand can match the AN harvests. I'll post up a thread, once I've begun the journey, so peeps can tag along for the ride :smoking:

Excellent..... Im ordering the sensi coco (A/B) grow/bloom and Bud Bud Coco and maybe one other....... Seems like that should get me started...

Do you recommend anything different to start with? I will be starting 2X4 veg tent with a versagrow 10 pot system within the next 2wks.

If you can, pick up some AN Carboload-cheap, by AN standards, and it really added to my bud bulk and size from the moment I began using it.
I'm going to follow along with you, Bro, If I may.. I keep wanting to do runs with only base nutes and a couple additions, and I'd do them with those, if I could get myself to Simplify! lolol
