Grow Mediums Is this all I need for DWC?

I plan on doing DWC for my next grow if I can afford it. These are all of the items I listed that I should need for the grow if I'm forgetting anything please tell me and I'll at it to the list!

1.5 gallon black bucket and net pot
2.air pump, air stone, plastic tubing
3.rockwool and clay pellets
4.reflective material
5.duct tape
6.Ph meter, tds meter
7.plastic type of eye dropper

Things I didn't mention that I already have are cfl bulbs, fixtures, extension cords and power strips, and I already have an idea what I need for nutes.

As far as the actual DWC system itself you seem good to go. As far as everything else... Only thing I can think of right now that you might need is stuff for raising/lowering pH, a thermometer/hygrometer, and one of those timers with the electrical outlet on it (unless one of your power strips has a built-in timer). I guess the timer isn't 100% needed depending on how you're running your lights, but they're cheap and useful.

It's a little pricey, but i think bluelab do a combo meter which measures PH and PPM or EC

It's always served me well - don't forget to get PH 7 buffering solution so you can calibrate it properly

For my nutrients I was planning to hopefully do the same thing that bud head has but is their anything in this list that I can do without because I know it's all worth it in the end but I just don't have the money to be spending too much on nutrients right now.

Have you tested you water temps? I was planning to go DWC, but I'll have to wait until autumn. Summer heat arrived my water temps rose to 30°C (southern europe). Without a water chiller I have no chance at all.
