dude i wouldnt recommend putting 3 or even 2 plants in the same pot as they will compete for water, space and nutrients, also if 1 plant gets some kind of disease or is a male and has to be culled it will be near impossible to seperate the root mass from the others without damaging them or causing alot of stress.

I grow all my plants outside in small raised beds. If I get a male I just cut it off. If iget a diseased plant I cut it down also. Doesn't seem to affect the others much. I still doubt if I waould grow more than one plant in a pot. Pots are cheap get all of them plants one of their own. I don't have a good reason but it just feels right.

duno dude he said it will be a seed run i know wiz and a few others do it this way on seed runs cant be that bad ?

My auto OG in the BOM was multi potted..

I do it fairly often with autos, just need big pots. Wiz does it all the time too.

Though if i know it's going to be a big auto i don't multi.. If i put 2 asian hazes in one pot i'd have been screwed.

i agree with u maul, i just feel its not much effort to have the plants in their own pots. i supose if hes doing a seed run it will be fine but as for growing for max yield surely 1 plant per pot makes sense as plants tend to stretch up if they dont have enough room to bush out at the sides.

but please dont take everything i say as 100% fact as im not a veteran grower as alot of you guys know alot more, just my.lol:thumbs:

my problem was the cans i had them in.bottom was medal and sarted rusting on inside bottom of cans.they are pretty and green now.i have the 3 lr#2s in one bucket is because of spacee.i germinated 10 reg lr#2 seed and 5 fem seed--figured on 5 females and got 11.--here are lastest pics---the ones under the hps will be seedless and the ones under the cfls will be for seed!!!and just to say these are lr#2s so i wasnt figuring on them getting very big---just to repete ---the problem was rust.only affected the 4 in coffee cans with medal bottoms.the ones under the hps are 5 lr#2s females and 1 cronicryder female and 1 deisel ryder female/never figured id get that many females ,gonna smoke them.also 2 lr#2 s under cfls--1 lr#2 male 1 lr#2 female and 1 cronic ryder and 1 deisel ryder all for seed---crazy me no more space and im still planting--have a couple<auto majestics> i am running in and out of the house for a few more weeks till i harvest the lr#2s----lr#2 are at 1 month today --all preflowering at present---first attempt at these--also have one of the bargin deals on the way --will find a spot for them.

thats the way they uploaded--was showing that plants are not yellow anymore.also i wound up with way more females than i needed so i decided to put most of them under a hps.the seeded plants are under cfls.didnt know what i was doing--i got a slight buzzzzz at the moment--all i know is they aint sick no more. the 3 in the 5 gallon bucket was the yellowing plants-now they are dark green.the rusty cans was at fault. i know im rambling
